Sheridan Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for night shift, 7pm–7am, full-time. You’ll train on high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a fast-paced production floor on site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Read and interpret basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliable team player who can hit daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
