Job summary

RRD is seeking a skilled Bindery Operator for a fixed 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Minnesota. The role includes operating a range of binding and finishing machines, coordinating a crew, and maintaining quality and safety across production.

Night differential applies (+$2/hr). The ideal candidate will read work orders, set up and adjust equipment, and monitor productivity while adhering to safety standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders or specifications for bindery requirements.
• Skill in using tools to adjust and maintain bindery machines.
• Capable of calculating distances, clearances, and fits for machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate various bindery machines and associated equipment.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production on the night shift.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity; ensure safety and efficiency.
