Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a General Bindery Operator for a third shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am) in our custom bindery. The role involves operating Advent equipment, performing setup, and ensuring ink density and color balance while meeting quality standards. A strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are required, with 18+ eligibility and HS/GED plus warehousing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and 3 years of warehouse experience; 1 year of plating experience.
• Strong PC knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Advent Machine and perform general bindery duties: cutting, handwork, 3 hole drilling and packing.
• Set up the press efficiently; monitor equipment and manage order shipments; generate labels.
• Ensure ink density and color balance meet job requirements; maintain quality standards.
• Resolve production issues by adjusting processes and coordinating with Team Manager for resources.
