Job summary

This position requires shifts from 6am to 6pm on Thursday to Saturday with a pay ranging from $18.69 to $27.60 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with different paper weights, sizes, kinds and colors.
• Basic mathematics skills for job orders and adjustments.
• Ability to use standard and specialized tools.
• Skill in adjusting powered machines using handtools.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders.
• Knowledge of operating procedures for bindery equipment.
• Working knowledge of bindery equipment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output, and productivity.
• Train other employees as assigned.
