Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation for invoicing and processing transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address billing questions and resolve basic problems.
• Answer external customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Understand contract implications and implement invoicing in line with customer needs.
• Prepare billing information and verify changes to support accurate billing processes.
• Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for compliance and authorization.
• Understand and execute administrative procedures, policies, and practices.
