Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Explain hotel facilities and hours of operation.
• Check luggage and manage valet services.
• Open doors and greet guests warmly.
• Maintain lobby and bell stand cleanliness.
• Provide airport pickup/drop-off and vehicle inspection.
• Work overnight/graveyard shifts as needed.
• Maintain intershift communication log.
