Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for guests day and overnight.
• Maintain lobby, bell stand, baggage room cleanliness.
• Open doors and greet guests courteously.
• Assist with valet parking and related duties.
• Must be able to work overnight/graveyard shifts as needed.
