Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and services to guests.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain lobby and bell stand cleanliness.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Deliver messages and assist with valet services as needed.
• Assist with key inventory and stay compliant with attendance rules.
