Job summary

The Bell Attendant at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality services to hotel guests with a friendly and efficient approach. You assist with luggage during arrival and departure and provide information about local attractions and hotel facilities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with room changes, facilitating transportation, and maintaining guest areas. This role requires a GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applicable state or be within commuting distance.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park must be completed.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills to read/write standard English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Greet guests within five feet and use guests' last names when interacting.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with directions and transportation.
• Tag bags for storage and ensure safe transport of guests and luggage.
• Keep guest services area clean and deliver messages or items as requested.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner as directed by the Account Manager.
