Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, assist with luggage, and support arrivals and departures. You will greet guests, use guest last names, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, coordinating transportation, and ensuring luggage is transported safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English and communicate clearly.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
