Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Technician for night shift in a facility-based crisis center to provide direct patient care, monitor safety, and support treatment plans for individuals with psychiatric or co-occurring disorders.

You will assist with ADLs, provide crisis de-escalation, document observations in the EHR, and participate in groups and therapeutic activities within a trauma-informed, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and safety monitoring for individuals with psychiatric or co-occurring disorders.
• Follow plan of care, observe behavior, and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote autonomy.
• Engage in crisis de-escalation and therapeutic activities.
• Document observations in the electronic health record and communicate with the team.
• Lead or co-facilitate skills groups and therapeutic sessions as assigned.
