Qualifications

• BSW in social work, or BA/BS in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• BA in unrelated field with two years of mental health/human services experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site daily supervision and essential coverage in a community residential group home.
• Assists consumers with personal care goals, provides medication education, and observes self-administration of prescribed medications.
• Performs crisis intervention as needed and reports concerns to the group home manager.
• Participates in developing consumer activities and encourages participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
