Job summary

CBH Care in Morris Plains, New Jersey is seeking a BHC Level II to support individuals with mental health needs. You will perform duties beyond a Basic Health Counselor, developing weekly villa menus, managing supplies, and maintaining documentation with guidance from the Senior Residential Counselor.

The role requires driving within New Jersey and a current NJ driver’s license. The position is full-time with a salary of $44,500 annually and offers excellent health benefits, retirement

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field.
• AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly villa menus with guidance from Senior Residential Counselor (SRC).
• Requests household supplies in a timely manner and assists SRC with purchasing monthly household supplies.
• Updates and files documentation with guidance from SRC.
• Completes monthly life-safety documentation and submits to SRC for review.
• Facilitates recreational and socialization activities for the consumers with direction from the SRC.

Education
