Job summary

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field.
• BA in an unrelated field with two years of previous experience.
• AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services.
• One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required.
• Relevant supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment.
• Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations.
• Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services.
• Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home.
• Participates in the development of all consumer related activities.
