Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is seeking a Batch Operator for our Grand Prairie, TX plant. You will mix ingredients, operate mixers, and ensure quality while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The 3rd shift runs Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM, with overtime as needed. A $2.00/hr premium is added; up to a $1.00/hr raise after 90 days based on performance, and company-provided benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior batch or blending experience preferred; training available.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Experience operating automated equipment in manufacturing.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients; coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and related products; monitor automated systems.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
