Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Packager for our Grand Prairie, TX plant on a 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM) with overtime as needed. A $2.00/hour shift premium is added to base pay, with potential to rise up to $1.00/hour after 90 days.

You will work on the production floor with various lines, supporting production staff to meet quality, service, and cost goals. You will package products, coordinate with Maintenance and other departments, and contribute to a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Solid previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Package product and off-load lines using manual, automated or semi-automated equipment.
• Work with all departments in the facility including Production and Maintenance.
• Work in a team environment with opportunity to advance.
