Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh and/or measure solvents, resins, pigments, and additives according to a batch ticket.
• Tend mixing or grinding equipment and monitor time, heat, and speed.
• Take product samples to QC Lab and perform QC checks.
• Compare batches to standards and adjust as needed.
• Record results on batch cards and in the computer system.
• Consult with QC for products outside spec and calibrate equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
