Qualifications

• Maintains County Health District, Gaming, and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Multi-task ability and able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision and show a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests of daily specials.
• Ring in food/drink orders and apply upcharges.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Verify guest identities with State ID or driver's license.
• Check on food orders and alert when ready.
• Deliver to-go items with napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Follow bar recipes and measure pours with a jigger.
• Clean the bar at night and secure liquor bottles.
• Complete end-of-shift duties and check out with the manager on duty.
