Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
• Able to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, observing players and functioning of machines.
• Must be able to obtain Kentucky Racing License.

Responsibilities

• Keep VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times.
• Refill ice wells.
• Replenish the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc.
• Restock the bar for the following shift.
• Put away shipments of liquor and beer.
• Track opening and closing inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned by management
