Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking an Avionics Electronics Technician for a night-shift role in Federal Way, WA. You will set up, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex avionics gear in a FAA-regulated environment with supervision and strict workmanship standards.

The position requires 4+ years of electronics experience, a HS diploma or AA/AS, and familiarity with SAP/MRO tools. You will work onsite, join a cross-functional team, and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Electronics background with 2+ years in manufacturing or service.
• Electronics maintenance industry experience or education.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision test equipment for alignment and testing.
• Follow procedures and demonstrate proper use of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Follow blueprints and diagrams to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and test repair units.
• Align advanced electronic components per calibration procedures.
• Utilize SAP and other MRO programs.
• Participate on project teams.
• Communicate with technicians, engineering, and leadership.
