W hen the rest of Beaver Creek is winding down, you're just getting started at The Charter ! As a Night Auditor , you'll oversee overnight front desk operations, assist guests, and reconcile the day's financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property.

We're looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when the unexpected happens, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with meaningful responsibility in Beaver Creek, this could be a great fit!

Duties Include:

• Handlethe check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
• Answerthe phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest’s requests accordingly.
• Post Charter Steakhouse receipts to the property management system (TRACK).
• Prepare guest Welcome Packets for next-day arrivals, including programming key cards and printing welcome letters and registration cards.
• Passes on information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agentand make keys for daily arrivals.

Pay Rate: $24 - 26/ hour; hiring bonus is paid half after 90 days and the second half after 180 days.
