East West Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for The Charter in Beaver Creek, CO. This on-site role oversees overnight front desk operations, assists guests, and reconciles the day’s financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property.

We value independence, composure under pressure, and a commitment to accuracy. Hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on learning new computer systems quickly and delivering excellent service.

• Handle check-in/check-out for overnight guests and owners.
• Answer the phone professionally and respond to requests.
• Process overnight reports and address discrepancies; close the day.
• Pass information to morning Front Desk Agent and issue keys for daily arrivals.

When the rest of Beaver Creek is winding down, you’re just getting started at The Charter! As a Night Auditor, you’ll oversee overnight front desk operations, assist guests, and reconcile the day’s financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property.

We’re looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when the unexpected happens, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you’re looking for a stable overnight role with meaningful responsibility in Vail, this could be a great fit!

Duties Include:

• Handlethe check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
• Answerthe phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest’s requests accordingly.
• Processthe overnight reports, addresses any discrepancies and closes the day.
• Passes on information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agentand make keys for daily arrivals.

Start Date:10/21/2026

Employment Type:Full Time– Year Round

Pay Rate:$25 – 26/ hour; hiring bonus is paid half after 90 days and the second half after 180 days.

Schedule:10:00pm – 8:00am. 4 days per week. Off 3 consecutive days per week.
