Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for Beaver Creek, CO. You will oversee overnight front desk operations, assist guests, and reconcile the day’s financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property.

The role requires independence, composure, and attention to detail. Hospitality experience is preferred. On-site parking is available, and a $500 hiring bonus is included with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Handle the check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
• Answer the phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest requests.
• Process the overnight reports, address discrepancies and close the day.
• Pass information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agent and provide keys for daily arrivals.

We're looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when the unexpected happens, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with meaningful responsibility in Vail, this could be a great fit!

Duties Include

• Handlethe check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
• Answerthe phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest’s requests accordingly.
• Processthe overnight reports, addresses any discrepancies and closes the day.
• Passes on information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agentand make keys for daily arrivals.

Pay Rate

$25 - 26/ hour; hiring bonus is paid half after 90 days and the second half after 180 days.
