We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who thrives on people, loves the mountains, and knows how to make an arrival feel like the start of something great. You’ll be the person guests turn to for everything from the perfect dinner recommendation to a last-minute transportation request, a forgotten detail, or a local tip that makes their vacation even better.

Pay: $21/hour; hiring bonus paid half after 90 days and the second half after 180 days.
Schedule: AM shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), PM shifts (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), or a combination of both. 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off

We're looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences. You bring a positive attitude, excellent communication and phone etiquette, and a professional, guest-first approach to every interaction. You're an organized multitasker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, an attentive listener, and a dependable team player who follows through on commitments. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Teams. You're confident with technology and eager to learn new systems like our property management system, TRACK . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy helping both guests and homeowners, you'll fit right in. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
