Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily building maintenance and reliable operation of hotel systems, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will manage a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and uphold Hilton's standards for service excellence.

In this role you will train and supervise staff, schedule tasks, and document work in the property management system, while fostering integrity, leadership, and teamwork across the team.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system
• Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
