Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support our pre-opening team. You will ensure a consistent supply of clean linens and assist guests with laundry needs, contributing to a welcoming, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with linen processing and maintaining cleanliness in a hospitality setting.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep linens clean and ready: collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and deliver linens.
• Maintain the laundry area: keep machines and work areas clean and in good condition.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels of linens and supplies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is a highly anticipated newly built hotel set to redefine meetings, events, and luxury hospitality in the heart of the city. Featuring 800 guest rooms and 100,000 square feet of onsite meeting space, the hotel will serve as a premier destination for large-scale conventions, corporate meetings, and social events. As we continue to grow our pre-opening team, we are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our amazing team!

As a Laundry Attendant, you’re not just ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Keep linens clean and ready: Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens
• Maintain the laundry area: Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order
• Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services
