Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (10 PM – 6 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate nightly figures.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve issues.
