Job summary

Courtyard Grand Junction is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations with polish.

Shifts are 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm; weekend and holiday availability is required. A valid driver’s license is needed for shuttle duties; experience with hotel software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel/related experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel management software and MS Office recommended.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist guests with reservations, requests, and inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.
• Coordinate with team to manage room availability, payments, and concierge services.
• Handle guest communications and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
