GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team and handle guest check-in/out, payments, and service excellence. The role focuses on warm welcomes, personalized recommendations, and seamless transactions to ensure guests feel at home.

The Night Audit shift requires weekend/holiday coverage and a proactive, tech-savvy approach to guest inquiries, bill issues, and rewards membership interactions. Join us and be part of a welcoming hotel family.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, handling concerns and compliments.
• Strong problem-solving to turn issues into memorable moments.
• Fluent in the local language; other languages are a plus but not required.
• Proficient reading, writing, basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as part of a 3rd shift Night Audit.

Responsibilities

• Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
• Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings.
• Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless.
• Staying one step ahead of guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
• Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with bill issues and restaurant recommendations.
