Job summary

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to balance nightly room and market activity, post charges, and generate reports. The role requires strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, plus excellent attention to detail and organization.

You will handle audit reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate revenue postings while safeguarding cash and confidential files. Hotel experience is a plus; high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily room and market work, post and balance charges, and generate daily reports.
• Prepare daily revenue report data and audit/reconcile postings.
• Run audit reports and journals from mainframe; correct and adjust as needed.
• Input revenue/expense data to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Ensure accuracy of figures, postings, and documents; secure cash per policy.
• Maintain and organize files and records; manage confidentiality.
• Produce and distribute financial/audit/payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
