Job summary

Chartwell Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard hotel finances and support nightly operations at the front desk. You will audit, balance, post and report on cash and credit activities for front desk, rooms, and F&B outlets, and reset registers for accurate overnight operations.

With a high school diploma (Accounting preferred), you’ll operate software including a cash register, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and assist with guest needs while occasionally lifting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and F&B outlets' cash and credit operations and reset all registers.
• Provide rooms management with a clear picture of performance from gathered data.
• Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenue is balanced.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk.
