Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate nightly totals.
• Maintain property security through regular overnight walking checks.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth at night.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs to solve problems efficiently.
