Responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs, balancing daily revenue, reporting, reservations management, and ensuring data accuracy. Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office is preferred, along with excellent communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services desired.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Process night-time check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations.
• Balance and reconcile daily revenue and prepare reports for next day.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest interactions.
• Ensure data protection and privacy of guest information.
