leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to support overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The role combines front desk responsibilities with end-of-day accounting and reporting to ensure a smooth start to the following day.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong numerical and administrative skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining guest focus and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night.
• Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports in line with company procedures.
• Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel.
• Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts.
• Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times.
• Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation.
