Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a detail-oriented hospitality professional to support overnight operations and guest service. You will help ensure smooth day-end handoffs, balance transactions, and create a welcoming experience for guests during late-night and early-morning hours.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing nightly audits, verifying accounts, handling check-ins/outs, responding to concerns, and preparing daily reports for management while maintaining a safe front desk

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk or accounting preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain records.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and office software.
• Basic math skills for financial reviews.
