Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking an experienced Night Auditor for a local hotel assignment through the end of October. The role requires strong front desk and night audit skills with PEP PMS experience.

You will perform overnight operations, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting while providing professional guest service during overnight hours. The position pays $20.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Night Auditor experience is required.
• PEP PMS experience is required.
• Strong understanding of hotel front desk and night audit procedures.
• Experience with daily reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight front desk and night audit operations.
• Complete daily/nightly audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and account adjustments.
• Reconcile daily hotel transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and balance guest accounts and room charges.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Communicate important overnight issues and updates to hotel leadership.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures.
