Job summary

MCR is hiring a Night Auditor for our Hilton Garden Inn Avondale location in Avondale, AZ. You will manage overnight audit tasks, ensure security and accurate reports, and support a safe, welcoming environment for guests throughout night shifts.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork to maintain cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across the hotel’s operations. Position requires availability for evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Listen, understand, clarify, and resolve concerns of coworkers and guests.
• Communication Skills: Convey information clearly.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: 18 or older.
• Varied Schedule: Evenings, nights, weekends, holidays may be required.
