MCR seeks a Night Auditor to manage overnight audit tasks at our hotel. You will ensure accurate financial records, maintain security protocols, and handle overnight guest operations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, franchise or related field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a hotel environment.
• Effective listening and conflict resolution with coworkers and guests.
• Clear communication skills and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audit management: complete and send reports by the overnight checklist time.
• Overnight security: follow protocols and lock entrances as required.
• Incoming mail: receive and log all mail per shift checklist.
