InnVentures LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight shifts at our Boise area location. You will supervise hotel operations and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy and security of guest charges.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and adherence to cash handling procedures. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with comprehensive benefits offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• This job requires standing for an entire shift and lifting at least 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
