SpringHill Suites Boise Parkcenter in Boise, ID is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight operations and ensure all daily transactions reconcile accurately. You will provide courteous guest service and maintain security during the graveyard shift.

The role requires strong communication, basic tech skills, the ability to read and write clearly, and the stamina to stand for the shift. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience and ability to work the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; read, write, type; stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsabilités

• Review daily transactions and checklists for accuracy.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Post and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Follow emergency notification procedures overnight.
• Coordinate effectively between shifts and departments.
