Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Comfort with Windows, spreadsheets and Word docs; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word; capable of solo problem solving.
