Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, including check-in/check-out and reservations.
Handle cash, room assignments, switchboard, and other front office tasks accurately.
Perform nightly audit and financial reconciliation, revenue postings, and report updates.
Monitor safety and security during overnight hours and document incidents.
Prepare and distribute daily operational and management reports; relay overnight findings to departments.
Train and support student and overnight staff; enforce hotel policies.
Serve as backup Night Manager for overnight operations.
