General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor for the Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville location. You will balance nightly revenue, run reports, assist guests, and support overnight hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service experience.
• Previous hotel or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Monday and Tuesday night availability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
