Qualifications

• Previous front desk or similar night-shift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly during overnight hours.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Process check-ins and verify guest registration.
• Restock and organize lobby areas and store items.
• Handle overbooked or walk-in guests professionally.
• Record wake-up calls and communicate shift updates.
• Coordinate with departments and housekeeping on room status.
• Learn Food & Beverage operations to cover as needed.
