Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight shifts (11pm-7am) to welcome guests, process and reconcile daily receipts, and prepare guest bills. The role requires self-motivation, discipline, and organization, with a focus on accuracy and strong customer service.

The position involves checking in/out guests, handling requests, securing payments, and managing financial reporting using the FD system.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Preforming guests check in and check outs.
• Respond to guests needs and requests.
• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the companies funds are secure.
• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
