Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group in Williamstown, MA is seeking a Night Auditor to join our overnight team (11pm–7am). You will welcome guests, process checks, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare guest bills with precision.

The role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who can work with limited supervision, maintain accuracy, and coordinate with front desk and Food & Beverage systems. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and a range of employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Preforming guests check in and check outs.
• Respond to guests needs and requests.
• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the companies funds are secure.
• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
