Hotel Saint Augustine seeks an enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our team in Houston. You will deliver the same level of guest experience during overnight hours as daytime front desk staff, serving as a key contact for guests and performing accounting tasks with attention to detail.

The role includes generating nightly reports, balancing transactions, checking guests in and out, and upholding brand standards while maintaining a welcoming front desk area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Six months related hospitality or service experience with accounting exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or guests.
• Ability to create documents in Excel and Word; familiarity with Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift checklist and bucket check before night audit.
• Generate error-free accounting reports within Property Management Software.
• Open, secure and balance shift banks including cash, card and room charges.
