You will audit nightly financial transactions, reconcile revenue, manage guest check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports for morning review. Ideal candidates have strong math and accounting skills, experience in hospitality, proficiency with PMS, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting coursework is a plus.
• Experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with PMS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and account balances.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy of front desk transactions.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review.
• Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property during overnight shifts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
