Drury Plaza Hotel - 828 Paseo de Peralta , Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 is seeking a front desk team member. You will handle check-ins/outs, balance daily receipts and support guest services with a friendly, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include auditing receipts, setting up breakfast as needed, and potentially working alone during overnight hours while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Front desk duties including check-in/out and guest records.
• Balance cash receipts and verify daily transactions.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and resolve inquiries.
• Read and follow written and verbal directions in English.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out, promote sales programs, maintain records.
• Audit previous day’s receipts and balance entries; run reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup; may include food prep and service.
• Work independently during overnight shifts to ensure guest safety.
