Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift. You’ll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily revenue and credit card transactions for outlets.
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify and balance hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain lobby and assist with AM breakfast setup as needed.
• Monitor safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
